South Carolina Disclosure of Real Estate Brokerage Relationships
At first practical opportunity to all potential buyers and sellers (customer or client) of real estate with whom licensees of our brokerage have substantive contact including a meaningful explanation of brokerage relationships in real estate transactions that are offered by that real estate brokerage firm, including an explanation of customer and client services, we must present said customer or client with the South Carolina Disclosure of Real Estate Brokerage Relationships Form (see link to PDF below).
Please note, this is a Disclosure and not an Agreement or Contract. The purpose of this form is to ensure the client or customer is aware of the various working relationships permitted between real estate brokerages and individuals in the state of South Carolina.
