With 32 years’ mortgage experience, including leadership roles in sales and operations, Frank’s the ideal person to fulfill the position of sales manager for the Mount Pleasant and Summerville locations. “Having worked in both sales and operations, I have credibility across the aisle when working with teammates on loan solutions. In all these matters, it’s important to remember that the customer must remain central to all we’re doing,” he says. In his role, Frank assists with personnel development and business planning, as well as pipeline management.
