Referral Agent program is for those with a license who do not have the time to participate in real estate deals full-time but still wish to earn referral income from their sphere of contacts. Truly one of the lowest costs, lowest risk, least time consuming ways to earn real estate income.
- For a very low monthly fee, you hang your license with TeamWork Realty.
- Know someone moving into the area, out of the area, or staying in town? Here’s your opportunity to receive a percentage of the commission on both the sell of their home and the purchase of their next home.
- You are in control, you can decide how much of the commission to requests. Most referral agents request from 15% to 30% of the commission.
- Know an investor who may be making numerous purchases or listings? Receive a referral on every deal they do.
The best part is that all you have to do is fill out a simple online referral form when you have a client to refer. We take it from there, from adding them to our CRM system, to picking the best agent to work with your referral, to paying you when the deal closes. With a friend or family member purchasing or selling a $350,000 home, that could realistically be $1,500 to over $3,000 in your pocket with no more work than providing us with their contact info.
Monthly Brokerage fee for Referral Agents: $45

10% referral fee is for local clients referred directly to the office, TeamWork Staff selects one of our own agents to work with the client. 20% referral fee is for all other deals, such as when the client is being referred to an agent at another brokerage, or outside of the area TeamWork Realty has agents, or when the Referral Agent picks the agent themselves to refer the client to.
All agents must be, or become, members of the Charleston-Trident Association of Realtors (CTAR) and join the local MLS. MLS dues are charged monthly by the brokerage at $35/mth, while CTAR membership is billed directly to members annually.
