Most ProAgents participate in our Lead Program which (1) puts you in rotation for new incoming leads, (2) makes you eligible for in-office referral clients, and (3) gives you access to our existing database of thousands of leads currently looking for homes.
All agents must be, or become, members of the Charleston-Trident Association of Realtors (CTAR) and join the local MLS. MLS dues are charged monthly by the brokerage at $35/mth, while CTAR membership is billed directly to members annually.
