When you are buying, you want to make sure the neighborhood is suitable for your needs. Does it have the right adminities? Are there parks nearby? Is there a grocery store within a decent distance? How far are you from the interstate?
It is okay to ask your friendly agent all these questions! Also, if you’re going to view the property in the late evening, after dark, take the time to look around the neighborhood. Many homes and neighborhoods are very different in the daylight.
