Agent Off-Boarding

The following are excerpts from the brokerage policy manual and contractor agreements agreed to upon joining TeamWork.

Lead Program (if applicable)
Joining the Lead Program required a six month commitment including a $50/month fee. If I had joined the Lead Program and had not made six fee payments of $50, that I will be charged the outstanding balance.

If I have been on the Lead Program at any time during my time at TeamWork, I understand that per the brokerage policies, any leads acquired through that program (including CINC, office referrals, 'Moving to' Facebook pages, etc.) will be due 10% of gross commission if I close a transaction with such a lead within the following 3 years. Any transactions ratified during my time on the Lead Program will be due the 10% of gross commission.

Systems
I understand that upon informing the brokerage of leaving that my access to company resources and systems will be limited.

Ratified Transactions
If I have any ratified transactions which have not closed prior to my leaving TeamWork and no other TeamWork agent is working the transaction with me (such as on a split deal, mentored deal, coached deal, or team deal), I understand that per the brokerage policies, TeamWork will assign the in-house Transaction Coordinator to any said ratified deals at the standard charge of $300 to manage the Dotloop account for such transactions. I also understand that in order to receive any commissions due after leaving TeamWork, I must continue to pay the $145/mth brokerage fee to cover office administration and review of my pending transactions. If a ratified transaction is being worked with another TeamWork agent, the remaining TeamWork agent will take ownership of the transaction.

Active Listings
If I have any active listings not ratified prior to my leaving TeamWork and no other TeamWork agent is working the listing with me (such as on a split deal, mentored deal, coached deal, or team deal), I understand that per the brokerage policies, TeamWork will at the broker's discretion transfer the listing to my new brokerage. If the listing is being worked with another TeamWork agent, the remaining TeamWork agent will take ownership of the listing.

Facebook Business Page
The following is only relevant if TeamWork had originally created a Facebook Business Page, which was then assigned to you. Any pages built by TeamWork are linked to TeamWork's Facebook marketing system which charges $60/mth. If you would like to maintain your Facebook Business Page, TeamWork can charge your card $60/mth. Otherwise the page will be removed.
